    Awful experience

    Nothing

    1. Front desk guys lacked customer service skills. They were rude and unwelcoming. 2. Overall appearance of hotel looks old and dirty. It would benefit from major renovations. The furnishings, fixtures and decor were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable. the bed spread looked old and dinghy. 3. Thank goodness we stayed only 1 night.
