Pros (+) the lake view was really beautiful but u dont have to live there to see.
Cons (-) the breakfast sucks. It ends at 9am and a hundred people waited for a long time just to get some bread and coffee. No staff there to help or smooth the experience. And it was freezing that we have to go across the parking lot to the lobby. It is super cold there in winter!

Pros (+) Location on the lake front - Room with the lake view
Cons (-) Not a well maintained property - we got the room with the broken toilet and none noticed it while preparing the room. The bedsheets and comforters with stains

Pros (+) We loved that there was water in middle of a desert. We loved the refreshing pools and hot tub. We loved Latitude 37 restaurant.
Cons (-) There was water trapped under the fiberglass tub, so it squished as you stood on it. Didn't like having to wait in line at check in to order a golf cart to bring us to dinner.

Pros (+) The location is absolutely beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The hotel it's self was okay, it has a very large gift shop and several restaurants.
Cons (-) The beds were very uncomfortable, we got little to no rest because the beds we not big enough for two people in each bed. The staff weren't very friendly other than the one lady that was working the front desk. The restaurants were all closed.
