Room was clean. Good pool. Guest laundry was easy to use. Good location for local restaurant's.
The ice machine was broken throughout our stay. The locking mechanism to the glass door of the room did not seem substantial.

Location is perfect and serves the purpose. Swimming pool area and outdoor furniture nicer than I thought. Breakfast was also OK, you can make your own fresh waffles. Just motel standards.
AC in the room very noisy! The room was a bit dated and it showed, though overall spacious and OK. Compared to other motels we stayed in, this one was very expensive but I think it's because of the location. In general, good choice for 1 night.
