Clean, quiet, low key, in an excellent location, and with friendly and helpful staff

The bed was a European size single, and looked laughably small when I first saw it, but was very comfortable and adequate. The shower was tiny, but again, very adequate and functional.

Considering this hotel had very few reviews on the web, we went in with really no expectations (good nor bad). Much to our surprise the hotel was located in the main piazza, almost touching the impressive Duomo. The hotel staff were wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic, location was perfect, price was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. I would highy recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Orvieto.
