Pros:Clean and great proximity to UCF. Staff was friendly although front desk left much to be desired. Starbuck's stand is in the lobby, which came in handy when the hotel couldn't provide regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker. I guess they have to help out their vendors?
Cons:Staff seemed lost. At check in, first they couldn't find my reservation then as I got to the door as I headed to the car to retrieve my reservation info, I was called back. Miraculously found it. Took way too long to check in. Next morning, only breakfast option was buffet. Had an omelet station that was not manned, crappy scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, sausage links and cereal was all that was available. Potatoes were all but gone and obviously nobody was aware. At least fruit was fresh. All for the remarkable price of $15.00 per person. This wasn't at the end of the breakfast cycle; this was at 7:15 in the morning. They might want to re-think being in the restaurant business if that's the best they can do. To top it off, the second morning there were no coffee cups in the room (house keeping had to send them up) and no regular coffee was available; only decaf. Unacceptable at any price, especially for what this location charged. I wish I could say I won't be back but with a daughter attending UCF and not a whole lot of options in the area, odds are I will have to return.
