Pros (+) Close to beach, far enough away from pier so you don’t hear the noise.
Pros (+) No breakfast . Beds were hard as a rock with stains on the sheets. Mosquitoes and bugs in the room
Cons (-) Place needs a complete cleaning top to bottom. One of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed at. For the money stay closer to the heart of town
Pros (+) We had breakfast at the onsite cafe two of our three night stay. Excellent service and the food was delicious. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The beach just across the street is fantastic. Lots of room for everyone. There is a trolley that comes by every hour to take you north or south on Grand Ave. Old Orchard Beach amusement park and the Pier are only 1.25 miles away. The balcony ov...
Cons (-) We learned that rooms are undergoing renovations during the winter months. Our room was large and clean with 2 double beds, one dresser, small refrigerator, microwave, and table and 2 chairs. A new carpet needs to be installed as the current carpet was well worn and waterstained.
