Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast offerings. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. While the service was generally well-received, with staff often described as accommodating and pleasant, the recurring cleanliness concerns detracted from the overall experience for many visitors. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of location and service stood out for most guests.

Cons (-) Fitness center didn’t have any weights or equipment, just treadmills and elliptical. Coat of room was extremely high due to an event going on in Odessa.

Poor
Anonymous, Jun 2018
Cons (-) The rooms AC did not work and they would not move us nor did the manager ever call us back. Just took my money and never returned my call. Odessa in the summer, no AC and the manager does not care to salvage my business.
