Cons (-) The maid replaced the towels, left the bed unmade and left a large bag of trash in our room, in the middle of the floor. The blinds were broken off and anyone could look in. The wifi did not work.

Cons (-) The place is a little old. My girlfriend said the ac window unit made her cough.

Pros (+) This is an older property that is well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. View and sunsets were amazing, we had a room that was right on the inlet. Short walk to beach and boardwalk.
Cons (-) The rooms are a bit small, but we spent most of our time out doing various activities. It was perfect for us and you can't beat the price!

Pros (+) It was fairly clean. The only gross part was finding a few stray long curly hairs in the spare blanket and the fact that for some odd reason it was overloaded with flies when we first got in the room.
Cons (-) Very, very tiny shower and bathroom in general. Also the bed was kind of uncomfortable. In hindsight we shoyod have rotated the mattress.

Cons (-) Booked the hotel online arrived to the motel and was told we didn't have a room. The only explanation I was given was we have t got the fax yet. Horrible customer service,would not recommend to anyone
