The place was run down. Holes in the ceiling, noticeable soft spots in the floor, and holes in the walls. I had to clean my own room. House keeping was horrible. I went and said something to the front desk and was brushed off. Had to change the sheets on my kids bed myself. Railing on the top floor was loose.
