Parking problem Inconsistent service at breakfast
the location, bar and outside area was nice.
I called days ahead to arrange a bottle of prosecco be in the room as was a special celebration. Was told at check in it was in the room. get to the room, no prosecco, had to go downstairs and ask for it, after i had already paid for it. Champagne was sent in its place, but the surprise was already ruined. The room was very tired, shower door fell on my head more than once. The sheets were dirty and had to ask for clean sheets to be sent at 11pm the first night, which was unacceptable and disturbing. Service at breakfast on the saturday morning was shocking and slow and rude. For £145 a night, was not a good stay. S
Great view s central location
Location was decent. Walking distance downtown.
Place has next to zero parking, but does not advertise that pre-booking. This is especially poor for a location that has a lot of rain. BedRoom was spartan, door and bathroom door stuck and would only close with effort. Third bed didn’t fit properly in room and had no headboard meaning pillows fell behind bed during night - sleep practically impossible. Room was stifling hot - sleep practically impossible. £4 for a cup of warm coffee - rip off. Place was run down and significantly overpriced - very poor value.
Location is very good
Room was very hot
