Pros (+) The place seemed clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) I booked my room over 2 months in advance. 2 king sized beds for one night. At check in, I was not told that I had been bumped to a single king bed. I came back after visiting the room and they said they were over booked and had no other doubles available. They tried to pass it off as nothing and they gave me a rollaway bed and promised $25 credit. Upon check out, I was told I could not receive my...

Pros (+) Like that it's close to oracle arena and bart system. Staff during day time was super nice and helpful. Thanks Jordan, John, and Jose the driver was great.
Cons (-) Didn't like that there was no continental breakfast for us. The restaurant is nice but pricey. Literally there isn't any shops around hotel. You have to take the bart to get anywhere. Good for in and out business but nothing else.
