Very comfortable bed in the duplex suite with good quality bed linen. I enjoyed using the sauna (you should ask at reception for them to turn it on 1.5-2 hours before you want it), and slept well. The breakfast was reasonable, with a different kind of porridge each day as well as eggs etc. It worked well for me when I needed to eat in the hotel for dinner to order and have them ring my room when it was ready so I could return to eat. As many others have mentioned there is no kettle in the room just a thermos but it was very easy and convenient to go to the dining room and fill up from there to make tea in the room.
The pool is about 15 metres long and I would have swum in it had the water been warmer. They could do with putting reclining chairs around it instead of the ones they have (rather more upright!) for relaxing between sauna visits. There was a persistent hum (like a generator or heating system) in the room which wasn't so restful - but as I had earplugs I was still able to get some sleep.
Design of the room and breakfast.
Sleepy staff and the reception made mistake with calculation of fees.In the room was very cold.
Flexibility of the staff
Bfast was poor same every day
The Wi-Fi Internet was just a disaster.
The breakfast was very good, especially home style cakes. The place is very quiet, never heard any of my neighbors, WiFi worked well, comfy bed, white towels and bath gowns. A bus stop is right at the front door, decent business lunch for a good price. Unfortunately didn't have time to check out the pool and the sauna - will do it next time)
I liked everything
