Sunday breakfast waitress very efficient and pleasant
Hotel manager ignorant. Although after a heated discussion he did offer another room. We had only been in the hotel about half an hour there was banging on doors shouting and swearing, the manager felt this was appropriate behaviour for young men. The hotel was noisy all night and we were kept awake by the noise and couples screaming whilst having sex. Not okay when we had a full day of training. There was no heating in the bathroom and the beds were sloping.
The room was clean and the shower was good. The staff were friendly.
There was no window in the bedroom, only in the bathroom which made if feel a bit claustrophobic. The Saturday night there was a party going on in the room above until approx 4am.We could hear everything and could not go to sleep until it stopped.
Staff friendly & helpfull. room clean & comfortable. food well cooked & tasty. I would recommend this hotel & would stay again.
The staff were welcoming, tidy in appearance and helpful. The hotel small and homely.
No complaints
Easy access to the city bus.
Staff not knowledgeable of area or electrical adapters.
Staff were super-helpful. Breakfast arrived quickly and was lovely.
Freeview only seemed to cover radio stations so had to put up with Channels 1 - 5 on tv.
Rooms were generally cleaned, breakfast adequate and staff generally helpful.
At check-in the staff was abrupt and impatient in answering questions.
Room recently renovated and was very tasteful
Decided to give them my custom for dinner and ordered a lamb curry. The sauce was fine but the lamb was so tough that it was inedible so I left it. I commented on it when I checked out but still had to pay £6.50
Tinned mushrooms in breakfast. Wall between our bed and next door bathroom was a little thin and noises could be overheard!
