Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, historic building, and spacious rooms, which many found comfortable and full of character. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty linens, dust, and spider webs. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others noted slow or inattentive service. Bed comfort and value for price received neutral feedback, with some guests finding the beds uncomfortable or the cost not justified. Overall, the hotel's setting and room size were standout positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service consistency.
