7.5 Good
Pros: Great position, only a 15 min walk into centre of town. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Cleaned everyday very well. Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool clean and always sun loungers available. Good Wifi.
Cons: 1. Not really a nice bar on premises 2. Beds for children (13 and 15) were not very steady and firm.
6.7 Good
Pros: The pool area was relaxing . And the food at the restaurant was excellent!!
Cons: There wasn’t any coffee machine.. and almost all the lifts were not working to go down .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were very nice and breakfast was very good
5.4 Okay
Pros: Perfect location, within 15 minutes to old city Broad choise on breakfast ( if the local guest dont steal there lunch too). Staff ar breakfast friendly Pool
Cons: Very noisy, a party keeps you awake till late. Every tv or talk from neighbour room is loud and clear, all stories told in hallway keeps you awake, not attractive at all ( tiles every where, no decoration) Refrigerator only with 1 small water bottle and plastic cup ( paid for 3 persons) Airco is direct above bed, so a freezing blast in neck. Room next to road and fire-brigade station..( few times a night...) Safe in room, yes indeed, but loose, you can bring it... Staff at reception rude, non service, not even check a request, just say “ no” Hotel is labyrinth Never again ! Not a 4 star hotel at all !
7.5 Good
Pros: The hot buffet part of the breakfast was cold.... The lights used to heat the chaffing dish were just tea light candles....The cold part of the buffet was excellent, many choices!!
Cons: The bar service could have been better, everytime you looked to get a drink there were issues,,,i.e, no staff, no change , staff not knowing what you're looking for had to get another member to help you....
6.3 Good
Pros: There was a great selection of cakes and pastries at the breakfast table.
Cons: The layout of the hotel was unusual, the bar which was at the front of the hotel was away from the restaurant area which meant that on several occasions we were left waiting for people to staff the bar. The route to the pool at the back of the hotel was through the main entrance and round by a footpath when the pool could have been accessed directly from the hotel at the rear. There was a lot of noise from people using the toilet during the night or showering early in the morning. The lights on the balcony didn't work.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room with aircon, balcony, etc. Good breakfast, book exchange in reception, loction about 15 minutes walk from historical town, but we chose it because it was near the station, less than 10 minutes.
Cons: Pool closed early for a private event, which turned out to be a loud disco, which was very loud even though we were at the furthest point in the hotel from it. Luckily we were only in about 12.30, and it finished at 0100, and there was no noise afterwards, but if we had wanted an early night it would have been annoying.

6.0 Good
Pros: Good buffet breakfast. Comfy beds. Nice pool. Rooms a good size.
Cons: Surprisingly for a country property, the atmosphere was cold & unfriendly. We were not made to feel welcome there, except for the younger waiter in the restaurant who was sweet to our kids. Reception staff seemed annoyed when we asked for a map of the property, area, things to do during our stay. Restaurant food was nice but too expensive. There was mould in the rooms we stayed in. My son was scalded by the shower which kept turning from boiling hot to cold by itself. Our other room also had this issue.
7.9 Good
Cons: Great location, however do not go there if you want a hot shower or a room with functioning air conditioning. Out of the 3 rooms we occupied, none had hot water. Over 36 hours and 4 phone calls/face to face conversations with the staff we still did not get our air conditioning fixed. In 30+ degree summer heat this is unacceptable.
6.0 Good
Pros: Pool-area is great: The pool is clean and very spacious and you can enjoy a nice view through the landscape. Enough parkingspots.
Cons: The mattress is too soft and not good quality. Breakfast: worst Coffee, plastic everywhere! Plastic cups (no glasses), a lot of convenience food, very small choice of fresh food, fruits, juice (just concentrate).
7.5 Good
Pros: The location, space, clean air, size of rooms and splendid views. Awesome spread for breakfast. Beautiful clean pool.
Cons: Very limited hours of bar service. Dinner Restaurant food is good but options are limited. Pool deckchairs could do with a mat.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Really nice pool and surroundings. Breakfast was very good!
Cons: Only 30min of SPA included in the price.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: The ‘room with a view’ was nice but the view was obstructed and the patio was gross and old. The rooms were old and have not seen any care in 30 years. Food was not great.
7.1 Good
Pros: Restaurant food was nice. Staff were friendly. Very quiet and beautiful views. Masaages were good. Ample parking. This would be wonderful for someone who is really wanting to get away. Just make sure you have a car.
Cons: The spa on the pictures gives the impression it's bigger/better than it is. I was expecting access to the spa as part of our stay but you only get 30 mins included. There was also only 1 spa lady working so we couldn't have our massages at the same time, so we had to wait around for each other. We had a panoramic view which was beautiful, but it was about a 2-3 min drive up hill to get to. I wouldn't get the panoramic studio if you don't have a car! The rooms have a mini bar but no kettle/hot drinks. So if you wanted anything you had to drive and make a trip of it to get what you want/need. You're also 20 min drive from Noto or Rosolini, the nearest towns (and the nearest restaurants/shops).

5.4 Okay
Pros: The localization is ok. Good for one night.
Cons: The air condition was working, but water was getting out of the machine. Holder of shower was broken. The fridge was stink of u open a door. No glasses or spoon or knives included.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The restaurant is very good food I would raccomand but the hotel it’s very poor the put me separate building which is 3kilom ways from the hotel and 4 from city centre
Cons: Clean rooms very good organised
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: I was happy to loss my €280, to leave.
Cons: Because of an third party app, the room we wanted, wasnt the room we got. The room we ended up with was worse than an hostel. NOTHING was clean, from the shower to the bed duvet ( there weren't any covers on the bed ). Shower was covered in rust, and the duvet had what looked like dog hair on it, and covered in brown and purple Mark's. The power in the room want off, in the 30 minutes we stayed there. This is not a €140 per night room. More like a €14 room. This was the worst experience I've ever had with booking.com
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to beach, restaurants, and Agrigento
6.3 Good
Cons: I was initially offered a room in a back yard of a restaurant 3.1km away from the hotel. The room was like a converted garden shed up a side entrance to the restaurant. The back yard contained overflowing rubbish bins. There was a sewerage smell at the front of the restaurant that was beside the rocky coast.. no beach as the photos. There was no secure parking either. After refusing to stay there i got a 4 bedroom hotel in the main building after a lot of arguing and at an additional cost . There was no secure private parking at the main hotel either
4.2 Okay
Cons: Don’t recommend at all.
4.6 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Poorly maintained, staff not helpful and not friendly Room was a couple of miles away from main facilities with no amenities

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing. Monica, Georgia, Alaria and Lana (young lady on reception. Nadia and Yolanda also were lovely. The staff who looked after housekeeping were also just perfect. The location and the Etna, Toarmina trip made it our once in a lifetime Honeymoon Experience. The massage centre was amazing also. Lastly one unique request we made was dealt with and delivered to us perfectly.
Cons: The food at times was slightly colder than I would expect and as nice as the pasta was 90% of the time variety could have been slightly better.
Hotel Villa Favorita - Noto - Building
6
9.1 Excellent (610 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Villa Favorita in Noto, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Cathedral of Noto and Church of Ecce Homo. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful. Very pretty villa on outskirts of Noto - nice pool. Lovely grounds
Cons: WiFi very intermittent
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A nice villa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. Pool area is good. Nice building. When arriving we felt they were very focused on the immediate little profit and decided not to spend much time at the resort. However the postal card size vintage TV in the room is on its own worth paying a visit.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is good as it is near to Noto, some beaches as well as other Agriturismo properties for varied meal options. You will need a car to get around. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding & charming. The Front Desk staff were welcoming but one that we found a little tricky. They have a big pool which was a welcomed relief from the heat of the day.
Cons: For the amount we paid we thought the Rooms were very small & basic. If you are planning a 1 or 2 day stay, it's sufficient but anything longer it's not advisable for long stay or families. Rooms lacked sufficient wardrobe & or storage space for big luggage. The Pillows also needed replacing but to be fair we probably should have asked for more Pillows. The amenities in the shower, were not great, bare minimum. Again, if you are going to stay for awhile, would recommend that you bring a bottle of your own liquid soap. Rather surprising to us, was when we went to exchange our Pool towels after 3rd day of our stay, we were informed that to exchange them for fresh ones, we would be charged 2 Euro per towel. We travel frequently but we've never experienced this at a Hotel before. Understandably you want to encourage guests not to waste, so every day to change I can understand. But 3 days after or longer, it didn't make sense. Particularly since they give you no option in the room to hang your towel up or a drying rack outside to hang the towel over. Maybe rethink this charge policy & instead encourage guests to change after 3 days or instal additional hanging hooks in the rooms to hang & air wet towels. The breakfast was enjoyable but not much variety compared to other properties we stayed at in the region. We had dinner some evenings at the hotel but it was pretty average so we opted to eat out at nearby Agriturismo's. Be warned, there is no parking in the city of Noto. Unfortunately we did not know this beforehand & ventured out for dinner only to have to return soon thereafter. The hotel have a pre-reservation policy but our situation of no parking, was beyond our control. As we had no other option we returned to the hotel & asked if we cld be accommodated. Restaurant was not full.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Value for your money
Cons: Location a bit middle of nowhere
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Serene and beautiful. Wonderful restaurant with attentive staff. Giuseppe was especially personable—kind, upbeat and very knowledgeable! A true asset to the hotel! Terrific breakfast! A truly memorable stay!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is a dream. It's set in a remote rural area, beautifully embellished with mature trees. The pool area is picturesque and the grounds around the guest areas make for great walks and relaxation. We stayed for three nights and had dinner there every night. The food was excellent and the staff professional and always pleasant. I cannot recommend this place enough, it's simply gorgeous.
Cons: The WiFi was slow, and also because the place is so remote the data through our phones was slow too. Other than that everything was perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A great spot to relax and experience typical Sicilian life. Breakfast is abundant. Will revisit the place when get the chance!
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet location and convenient to tourist sites.
Cons: No phone in the room so I can’t contact reception when we ran out of toilet paper.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Don't imagine this will be a farmstay with a friendly local family. The Masseria is a professionally run, upmarket, smallish (35 rooms) spa resort. And it is very well done. The low key accommodation blocks, built in local rural style, are unobtrusively scattered in an olive grove around a generous pool. Rooms are plain but comfortable, with a large shower room en suite. The restaurant has a lovely terrace overlooking the site where all meals are served. We ate there every night - the nearest town, Noto, is 20 minutes away - and everything we tried was excellent, the staff helpful and English speaking. An ideal spot to relax but within reach of beaches and Val di Noto historic towns.
Cons: It would have been good to have had more comfortable chairs for sitting out. A coffee machine or kettle would have been welcome.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, great coffee
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was good. The staff very friendly.
Cons: The shower was messy. Water leaked from everywhere. Had to wipe the water from the floor with the carpet. Water leaked inside the bwdroom and throughout the bathroom floor. The faucet was faulty and leaked water from everywhere as well. And when you open the water tap it splashes on you making further mess. Bedspread was thorn.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nerina
Cons: the room was not clean and a lot of insects on the floor. the bed was not comfortable. the AC was really noisy

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ambra and her family are warm, generous and gracious hosts. The breakfast was extraordinarily with additional local treats and products from her farm and her mothers kitchen. The location is great to visit Noto and surroundings. The view from the rooftop terrace towards Noto is beautiful and it is great place to relax after a day of site seeing or hiking. We are planning to revisit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! If I have to say something negative it would be that it wasn’t summer when we went to Villa Ambra. Everything was perfect. Ambra, our host, was a delight! Warm, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, sharing, giving....there are not enough adjectives to describe how welcome we felt. Our every wish, seemed to be her command. We were privileged to meet the whole family, who were just as warm and friendly as Ambra. We were playing cards in the salon and Ambra’s father brought us tea and cookies. So very sweet, it was like he read our mind and we throughly enjoyed it. Ambra’s mother makes the most delicious marmalades, that I’m sure I’m gaining weight just thinking about them. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of items and beautifully presented as a buffet with fresh croissants and fresh squeezed orange juice at our table.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was so friendly especially Ambra. She went out of her way to help us in our future travels. She even picked us up from the bus station & dropped us off. Would highly recommend this place.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The welcome and the room standard which was excellent.Good linen and nice towels .The breakfast was outstanding with a feel for local produce.Secure parking and a fairly easy daytime walk into the centre.
Cons: I would not recommend walking back from the centre at night .The usual manic driving with liittle or no regard for pedestrians and quite confusing in the dark .
6.7 Good
Pros: I booked Villa Ambra B & B - Noto and then was not able to travel. However my companions who were able to continue on the trip : this is their review: "This B & B felt professionally run. On arrival we were presented with a welcome tray of custard filled cornetti, almonds and small chicory liquors. We had a tiny balcony area opening onto the back yard ,"
Cons: The location didn't feel particularly safe to be walking at night and felt like a distance to walk into the centre of town. During our stay there was a lot of noise outside our bedroom door with other guests coming in very late etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best host ever! Ambra is just lovely - so kind and helpful, always with a smile on her face, offering useful tips and advice, even valuable discount coupons for our visit to Etna (and that's after we ended our stay in Noto). A new benchmark for hosting standards! :)
Cons: N/A
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Villa Ambra was a gem. The accommodation was basic but clean with an excellent bathroom and great value considering the quality of the breakfast. We had a small balcony and the use of a shared roof terrace. The highlight was Ambra herself and her wonderful breakfast. Ambra provided a map with many excellent recommendations for local restaurants and day visits. Each morning she would suggest an itinerary with lots of tips on parking and places not to miss. It was as other reviews stated a short distance from the Main Street, uphill on the way home but less than 15 minutes through well lit streets. It would have been easy to drive the couple of minutes each evening but we chose to walk to walk off some of the fabulous food we ate on Ambra’s recommendation. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Villa Ambra again

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: Surprised by the quality of the dinner and the high service standards. Very peaceful location on the country side but still very closed to the Vendicari Nature Reserve, great beaches and less than 30 min. drive to Noto.
Cons: Our room was quite dark (closed shutter) due to the ground floor, facing the inner court. For two nights was still OK.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s a lovely setting...offering peace & tranquility! Would like to return & stay longer.
Cons: €3 pool towel fee. No where in the world have we ever experienced such a fee to receive a 2nd pool towel, even in 2 star hotels!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place for families and couples. An old sicilian farm with a very nice view. The team is very professional and they really helped us enjoy our holiday. They propose a lot of activities like wine tasting, bread making, short travels near by. The pool is fine, the beach Noto Azura is just 5 min away by car. The garden is wonderful in the sunset. Noto is 15 min. Marzameme is 20 min. Don t miss it! For a better sicilian experience rent a car to help you move to Modica or Pallazalo Acreide. cakes and the coffee are amazing. You should try the peach pie
Cons: The real food (ham, cheese, etc) was the same the whole 7 days we stayed. We got really bored. I would expected more types of salami, ham and cheese.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room, very comfortable. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location. Great food. Grow own fruit and veg. Fab breakfast. Dinner lovely and local ingredients. Staff v friendly. Bar in the evening
Cons: Enjoyed everything but do need a car to get around easily.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location, short walk through to the beach and national park, the food (breakfast and dinner) was all fantastic
Cons: Not the properties fault - be careful if arriving at night using sat nav / phone navigation as new road near the property doesn't come up on google maps / waze off the roundabout at Noto (signposted Lido di Noto)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great place to unwind from a hectic life with a lot of atmosphere. Great food choices in the morning, for small lunch and at dinner with a beautiful terrace. It is rare to find such professional, but same time very friendly and caring staff.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay here. It's a perfect location for visiting the nature reserve and you can be there in 10 minutes. We had a great welcome and all the the staff we encountered were really friendly. Our room was spacious and beautifully clean. The opportunity to laze by the pool was much appreciated.
Cons: The menu completo at the restaurant isn't great. I think a la carte may well be better. Breakfast was also a bit of a disappointment compared to others we had on our trip.

Pros: Lovely old ruin that has been beautifully done up
Cons: Was lovely all around it amazing grounds and beautiful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. Very clean. Great Breakfast Very close to San Lorenzo Beach
Cons: Check out at 10AM is too soon.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, only a 3 min drive to the beautiful San Lorenzo beach and a 10 min drive to picturesque Marzamemi. It was a great base to explore the region with most sights being within a 30 min drive. Free parking was handy too. The staff were always so welcoming and friendly and I loved that you could tell it was a family business. It is an incredibly romantic place and you can see why it is used for special celebrations and weddings. They also had the most delicious wine selections from local vineyards. The entire building is beautiful and lovely to stroll around. It has an impressive driveway up to it that makes you feel you are arriving to a grand home from another era. The pool looked beautiful but we never used it what with the stunning beach so close by. The breakfast selection was fantastic and dinner was very special too. I liked that the owner and chef came out to chat to each table and see if we were enjoying it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Cons: The ONLY negative was the bed. While spotlessly clean, it was as hard as a rock. And while I do like a firm bed, this was excessive and we both had aching backs from it after 3 nights.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent
Cons: Wifi in the room was poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff
6.7 Good
Pros: Loved the Italian charm of the room, the pool and friendly staff.
Cons: Given the cost of €190 per night the property didn’t meet expectations. Breakfast was not fantastic. If we were being charged closer to the local rate rather than booking.com rate then that would have made more sense.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely park, friendly staff, great breakfast
Cons: Room was a noisy has soon you are walking Bathtub and not a proper Italian shower

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing food, we love the kids cinema and bicyle
Cons: A bit too modern
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location. Well-designed clean rooms. Breakfast. Restaurant staff.
Cons: 1. Reception staff were unhelpful - Absolute indifference to visitors. When you first arrived, you expect to be greeted with a smile and help. And the staff saw that we were carrying several suitcases ourselves, no one paid attention and did not offer help. And at the check-out (again !!!) I asked: help me bring the luggage to the parking lot now. Not in half an hour, not in an hour, but right now, I'm already leaving. I waited again and again no one helped me. For the first time in my life I come across such indifference from the reception. 2. The bathroom periodically smelled of sewage.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Arrival was excellent and welcoming, The bedrooms where very comfortable and spacioua, beds specifically extremely comfortable and large, Spa and pool was also excellent always kept clean... Grounds and hotel are well looked after and the staff and facilities gave an excellent service! Will visit again in the future for sure. Gluten free bread was also served and waiters helped with ordering and service.
Cons: A couple of things bugged me, 1) dinner (specifically bbq) was far from expectations and rather disappointed with the quality of the meat served, service was excellent on the other hand the restaraunt did not charge us for a couple of the mistakes hence the service was excellent. 2) Regarding Bedrooms upon arrival our room had alot of flies inside and a bad smell of insect spray which was not a pleasant surprise. 3) Air conditioner also did not always work (setting of temperature could only be made -2+2 degrees of what they set it on 18-22degree celcuis. At times too cold and during night it got too hot..

Pros: I had booked another place to stay in Noto but was very unhappy with the facilities and staff. So I relocated to this great hotel conveniently located with shopping and great restaurants.
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, transfers to beach, lovely staff and terrace bar and bar man.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Small hotel (10-12 rooms) at edge of pedestrian only historic part of Noto. Rooms were large, clean, well-appointed (lots of technology and a laptop in each room). Very nice bathroom with bidet. Large closet. The breakfast was very good and the attendant made good scrambled eggs and very crisp bacon, along with serving a variety of other items.
Cons: Hotel is comprised of three separate buildings joined together and floors not on same level, meaning some steps to go up or down to get to your room. We were able to find street parking a few blocks away but if you need to park at hotel it will be 20 euros per night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nicely done and comfortable. Sparkling clean with all amenities working. The staff were absolutely excellent, hospitable, knowledgeable and very nice. In general we loved everything. If you go there set your GPS to the Porta Reale Landmark, not the Hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff central location and excellent room.
Cons: Nothing really. Parking a pain but the price for the location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Porta Reale is situated in the main street of the old city. We were shown where to park for no cost and were able to drop and pick up our luggage at the hotel door. This is a small hotel, which has been renovated beautifully. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the welcome drink on the terrace with beautiful views of the old city.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

Pros: We loved staying here and were extremely well looked after by the host and his great breakfast assistant. The breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful - we were even given a packed sandwich for later in the day which we appreciated. The garden was a surprise (I won't spoil the surprise by telling you why!).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and facilities for those who travel by car. You can park your car in gated private parking and the location is very easy to access or get out from the town. From here we could enjoy driving to other small barocco towns such as Modica, Scicli, etc. We were so impressed with warm welcome of the owner and fabulous breakfast. Orange juice and almond milk are squeezed every morning for the guests!
Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but we have to forget about e-mails during holidays!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Run by a very nice couple, Salvatore and Maria and their small crew we had one of the best B&B expiriences we ever had. The house and garden are beautiful! Located close to the old center of Noto. Every morning a very good breakfast was prepared and Salvatore came by every day with some nice extra's like granita or home made torrone! Also we got every day a sandwich to go! Above all you get a real 'at home' feeling which we will remember for a long time!

Cons: All was good.

Hotel Jonio - Noto - Building

8.4 Excellent (192 reviews)
5.4 Okay
Pros: Parking space free and easily accessible Lift Good breakfast
Cons: Rooms with fairly simple and shabby furniture. Functional but old fashioned
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The kind personal accomodated all our wishes (e.g. separte beds instead of a double bed) and gave helpful recommodations of nice places&restaurants in the area. In fall, there is not much closeby but if you have a car (the hotel has a parking lot) you can go to the city of Noto within less than half an hour where you find many nice stores and restaurants.
Cons: The bathroom (even though clean and cleaned daily) often smelled musty (probably from the sewers). Beds are rather hard.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, opposite the beach and bus stop to Noto. Very helpful staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: very peaceful and nice place. wonderful if you can have a balcone room face to the sea

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Flora has the perfect location for visiting all the sights in beautiful Noto. The staff was very helpful and charmig. Good Wi-Fi, a/c and comfortable bed. Also helped us with a parkingspace!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room we had was brilliant and included a massive Jacuzzi bath. The location is great with only a short walk into the centre of Noto. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The parking was not good. Both the hotel and booking.com said the hotel had off road parking. It has no parking apart from the end of a cul de sac road leading to the hotel. As it happened we had no issues but if we had known this we would probably not have chosen this hotel. The breakfast was very basic and not that good really.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We were so grateful that the hotel is 10 feet away when we got off the bus in the cold dark night! It’s 5 min walk to the old town, very convenient. And they sell the bus tickets here and know the accurate bus schedule! And the front desk staff is very helpful.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good

Pros: The location was more than great - the hotel is situated at the beginning of the main street and there is a car parking really close by where you can park. Rooms are comfortable and nice, very clean. Breakfast was very nice with variety of options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ornella was excellent, gave good information how to arrive at the hotel - bus stop just 10 steps away, extremely convenient. Martina was sweet too, gave good restaurant recommendations, liked to laugh and loved the Swiss ;-)) The breakfast was super, the man was polite & lovely too, when we asked for omelette, he asked if we wanted to add marmalade too ?...eerr, that sounds a bit like the Austrian dessert - Kaiserschmarrn :-)) so funny, we had a good laugh :-)) Room was super, quiet and clean, good sleep, all perfect. Easy 5 minutes walk via the park to centre, enjoyed the beautiful baroque architecture, and a coffee & cannolo in Cafe Sicillia, perfect... Love this little town full of friendly nice people. We said buongiorno to an elderly man on the street..he smiled and said "ohh, today is not so buongiorno but tomorrow, when the sun is out again..haha
Cons: the weather - rain and super windy :-)) So will come back again when the weather is better :-))

Cons: nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything can be summed up in one word: Paolo. An excellent host. He was very kind and provide a lot of useful information for our trip and the best experience possible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was helpful in planning a day trip to nearby villages. He used his translator app so there was no misunderstanding and we had great fun communicating that way. He also provided a map of downtown and parking and restaurant recommendations, which were much appreciated. We liked that the location was away from downtown, very quiet, and with a small balcony overlooking a green hillside.
Cons: There are four rooms in a single hallway and noise does carry a bit from room to room. I suppose it could be a problem but all the guests were quiet while we were there.

Pros: Clean and tidy, helpful owner
Cons: Had to drive to restaurant
7.1 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff. The room is large and has a large bedroom also
Cons: Nothing, the room is 8 minutes driving from Noto center. If you do not mind then the price quality ratio is xcellent. If you are looking for a room in the center of Noto than this is a little bit to far away.
