Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location and comfortable beds. Some guests appreciated the food quality, pool, and leisure facilities. However, there were several complaints about noise, dated rooms, cleanliness issues, and some maintenance problems. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others disappointed by the variety or quality. Overall, while the hotel has many positives, improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities would enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
