Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's convenient location, often mentioning its proximity to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff received high marks for being friendly, accommodating, and helpful, especially in challenging situations. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many guests noting tidy rooms and fresh-smelling hallways. Breakfast offerings and bed comfort received mixed feedback, but the positives outweighed the negatives. Some guests noted minor issues with noise, odors, or amenities, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) I realize there are issues because of Covid 19, but you pay a premium for a Marriott brand. None of the staff was in a mask, no hand sanitizer anywhere, no daily cleaning of the room, no coffee, no breakfast, no anything! Ask are coffee and real creamer for my room each day and it was a inconvenience. All I got was a room, I can get that a motel 6.
Cons (-) They cancelled my reservation!
