Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable pool and rooftop facilities, and satisfying breakfast options. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, some guests noted that parts of the hotel and certain rooms are dated, with issues such as worn furniture, old bathrooms, and occasional cleanliness problems. There were also complaints about maintenance issues like faulty showers, elevators, and air conditioning, as well as some dissatisfaction with value for price. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, especially due to the convenient location, attentive service, and pleasant amenities.
