Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the excellent beachside location and beautiful sea views. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, closed or unavailable pool facilities, and disappointing breakfast options. Some guests also experienced problems with the hotel being closed or under renovation without prior notice, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, several operational and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.
