The Victorian-style Headland Hotel and Spa has a rich history. It first opened its doors to guests in 1900 and was used as a hospital during World War II. You’ll walk the same halls that numerous royals have over the years.
On the very top floor of the hotel are the Turret Rooms with panoramic views of the Cornish cliffs and Atlantic Ocean. Only accessible via a private stairway, the rooms offer an amazing location for watching Cornwall’s famous wild stormy weather roll in.

Your dog will receive a blanket, water bowl and treats to enjoy during your stay. There are also water bowls in all communal areas around the hotel. You can take your dog for a run on Fistral Beach or a walk along the many coastal paths in Cornwall.
The Samphire and The Terrace restaurants have been awarded with Rosettes. Ingredients are sourced from local suppliers, and greens are foraged from the surroundings. You’ll be able to enjoy a quintessential English high tea or Cornish cream tea. Both restaurants have ocean views.
The Headland Hotel and Spa’s Aqua Club comprises three indoor swimming pools and three outdoor ones, including a heated vitality pool. You can relax in the sunset spa on the sun terrace overlooking the ocean before having a bite at the Mediterranean-style restaurant.
