The shower
No kettle and the corridor had a funny smell

The staff were very helpful and allowed me to go to my room before check in time as I stated I had had a five hour drive. Has parking about 20-30 feet away but I believe you can reserve a space. My room had a sea view which was lovely to look out of at 7 am to see people already surfing.
The room was rather cold, it did have a radiator however it did not hear the room very well.

There was no hand soap told them at reception and this was there policy not to provide any. It was 30 quid each security bonding got to the room tv was broken reported it to reception only to be told that an engineer could not fix it until the next day. We wanted another room ended up nor staying and getting our money back. The reception lady did not give eye contact and huffed and puffed when she had to refund us also forgot to say big hole in the wall in the room from the door being pushed into it. This was room 45 at berties lodge on Valentine's nite. Would never stay again
The customer service or lack if it no towels in the room or even hand soap holes in the wall and a broken tv in the room very durty
