Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Many also reported poor service, unprofessional staff, and problems with billing or refunds. Value for price was frequently criticized, with several guests feeling overcharged or scammed. A few mentioned the location as acceptable, but overall, negative experiences far outweighed positives. Only a handful of reviews mentioned clean rooms or polite staff, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.AI-generated from customer reviews
