Comfy bed. The shower would have been great but they had an issue with the hot water which was sorted quickly but too late for me
Reception area needs a makeover
Staff and location good, room is clean!
I have stayed here a few times but think it has gone down hill a bit, maybe just a one off but...boiler was broke first thing so shower and room was cold. The tv, a few channels had no sound, breakfast, scrambled egg was powdery couldn't eat it.
There was nothing I didn’t like. We were both satisfied with everything
The was nothing I wasn’t happy with
Loved it! Would go back without a doubt!
Location to Metrocentre, station and Beamish. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast choices weren’t great. Lukewarm beans, powdered eggs and wrinkly sausages. The cereal was out in open bowls which were being breathed on. Bread was nice.
