Pros (+) The staff very kind and helpful.
Cons (-) The building was clearly dated and not kept up. Water stains were apparent on the ceiling in the hallways and the room. Wiring along ceiling was exposed, drop ceiling tiles were broken and missing along a large section. Room cleanliness was performed at the bare minimum of effort. You could tell that someone attempted to vacuum but did not do a complete job. The same could be said for the bathroom...
