Pros (+) The staff were helpful, professional, and made check in and check out smooth as butter. Nice reception area with computers, printer, New York Times, and a few guides for local museums, restaurants and shows. Great location with a cozy bagel shop across the street.
Cons (-) Hallways were dark and the bedroom bare: no art, no color, and not in a sleek, modern way either. When I turned on the spout in the shower/bathtub, it initially gushed a spray of brown, rusty-looking water. In the night, I woke up to an unsettling creaking noise like slow, steady footsteps.
