AC was not working. complained twice nothing was done.
Loved the neighborhood this hotel is in. We could walk to the WTC and the Brooklyn Bridge. A subway stop was also right outside the front door. So convenient!
The bed was comfy
The room was very small
Staff were very helpful and accommodative. Hotel agreed to store our luggage for a few days before checking in (we were going out of town). Room was small and did not fit our luggage (3 suitcases and 2 carry ons) so we asked if the 2 arms chairs can be removed from the room to make space and the hotel easily accommodated our request. Great location.
Corner room with small window. No sunlight was let in. Rooms could use an upgrade.
Friendliness, location, and price
The bathroom shower didn't drain well and the shower head didn't have any pressure. It was also low for a taller person.
