Great location, supermarket and subway station can be reached within a 5 min walk.
There were mice in our apartment!! The receptionist didn't seem to care. Furthermore, we could hardly sleep because of the extremely badly soundproofed room we had. Guests were talking very loudly in the hallway until midnight, sometimes until 1 in the morning, and we could hear every single word. At about 6:30 AM, we were rudely awoken by the loud conversations again. The kitchen equipment consisted of some cups, cutlery and plates, there were no kitchen knives, frying pan, scissors or any other accessories you might need in a kitchen.

Hygiene: mouse in the room Management: the follow up of the complaint was terrible especially by the lady from the eventing shift who was inwilliging to take Any initiative and had to be forced to make a phone call. Nevertheless, the problem with the mouse was not solved during our stay of 3 nights

We had a big spacious room for the 5 of us. It was near Central Park and easy to get to by train. I loved the beautiful buildings in the area. The staff was helpful and friendly
I would have liked an unsuited bathroom. That is the only with that bothered me.
