I liked that we were left to our own devices staff were not bothering us when not needed but also very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, tidy and had everything you wanted.
The lifts can be a little confusing as I am not used to using a pass. However, this became quite easy. When we stayed there was a concert going on so it was quite noisy even though we we did not have a city view. Maybe it would be nice to have a notice up in the lobby of the events that are going on? We saw it in our room however it only went up to a certain day and didn’t include the next month.
