The overall environment
A Laundry facility
View of sunrise was nice, front desk staff always pleasant, especially young man in check-in.
Room was a bit noisy (elevator clanking and other room doors closing) and slightly funky smell in room, but window opened, which helped. I prefer mini-moos for coffee instead of powdered stuff in room, but overall room was fine.
Location, convenient and staff was very helpful and nice.
The staff was very helpful.
The room was a bit small for three people.
Check in/out was painless. The staff at the front desk was courteous. The room temperature was great considering how hot it was outside. The bathroom pressure was really good and they have a warmer in the bathroom.
The walls were really thin because the neighbor next to us was slamming their doors every 10 mins and even woke me up from my sleep a couple of times. Weird because I have stayed here in this hotel before (on the higher floors) and that was never an issue, Also, the bathroom when we checked in had one little towel, had to call downstairs and have them deliver them which took a little bit of time but because it was late I was a bit annoyed.
