Perfect location, comparable to the Fitzpatrick Grand Central (where I also stayed recently) in terms of it's central location in Manhattan, so is perfect for visiting the sites all across Manhattan - however the hotel is of a much higher standard that the Fitzpatrick The hotel is great, extremely clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are on the small size but they are very well appointed and comfortable - and the view of the Empire State Building from the 17th floor room was fantastic! The hotel has the added bonus of having the roof top bar, which was excellent - very chilled, perfect views and not overly priced for the type of bar and location I will definitely stay again - the perfect base to explore NYC and I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough
Nothing - however I didn't eat in the hotel as there are so many other places to eat out in NYC, so I can't comment on whether the food is any good or not

Great money, great location. The hotel staff were very friendly. Little touches of biscuits and chocolate in the room each evening were lovely and it was nice to have some slippers to wear. I've already reserved again for next year
