Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Columbia University and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted concerns about cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and rooms, and some guests found the amenities lacking or inconvenient, including limited access to microwaves and issues with gym equipment. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as indifferent or unresponsive. Bed comfort was mentioned with both positive and negative remarks, and several guests noted problems with room maintenance and noise. Overall, while the location stood out as a positive, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and service could enhance the guest experience.
