Confortable accomodations
Very nice!
Very nice hotel. Prices reflect hotels location. Service was excellent. Please note that during our stay that there was construction, both road and building, being done right in front of the hotel. That made it difficult traveling the one way streets to get to the hotels parking garage. Choose your dates carefully if you select this hotel.
Excellent for Mardi Gras
Staff. Comfort. Location. Jazz lounge.
Pricing is very high during Mardi Gras weeks. Jazz lounge closed at 10pm
right on bourbon street, a little noisy at night....but hey, what fo you expect if youre looking for a hotel ON bourbon street?? beautifully decorated lobby for christmas and extremely friendly staff
Bourbon Street hub
Well located for easy walk to all attractions on the French Quarter. Elegant, well maintained LARGE roomsnothing
Getaway
I enjoyed the location, clean rooms, pool, staff, bed, nature sounds from radio, and smell.
Noisy at night due to burbon st, but that was expected. Nature sounds come in handy.
Horrible
I drove a hour away to get there only to be told I was never booked when I received a confirmation number . I'll never book with this site again !!!!!!!

Hotel right on the strip
The salt water pool was nice.
I really wanted a balcony room and they didn't even asked me if I want one. The water didn't even get hot shower
Small room poor AC
Have stayed at this location numerous times but have never had such a small cramped room. AC could not keep up wife was hot and uncomfortable both nights. Called maintenance first day of stay and he said it was working ok. Could not enter the hotel without being accosted by losers trying to get you to come into their strip clubs which surround the hotel.
Great location! Down in the heart of French Quarter. Kayak didn't inform me we needed to pay for Valet parking, but a great stay.
Great location
Great location. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Fabulous Staff. Try Restaurant R'evolution, it was a fabulous experience.
Currently the hotel is renovating. Our room was near the construction area, so it made the visit less than optimal and not our normal Sonesta experience. I look forward to a future visit once the renovations are completed.
Parking $45 too high. Noise and construction would have pick other hotel if known.
