Weird stains on bed and a mouse in my fellow travelers’s room!!!
Hotel has outlets to the Canal and Bourbon streets so location wise it is perfect. We booked a Deluxe 2 Queen bed room which was spacious and tidy.
Check in/Check out is troublesome and a lengthy process. We booked 2 nights through Cancelon on Kayak and reservation was confirmed as it was prepaid and non-refundable but the hotel declined to have received a reservation for 2nd day. Since I showed my reservation voucher they had to book me unwillingly not before questioning the authenticity of the third party and my booking price. I had to email them a copy of my reservation. Despite all of that, the keys stopped working the next day and I was told we were supposed to check out. I repeated the discussion with me sending the reservation pdf to the day staff this time. Finally checking out isn't easy and quick as you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The check in/check out line is common so you wait for your predecessor to realize he is only you two days ago sorting out his reservation problems to check in. I would probably think twice the next time before using a third party agent for my booking.
Location, Location Location
I loved that the hotel is in the center of everything & your backdoor literally is burbon street. This was a fantastic stay I would definitely come back. The hotel concerige was really helpful in helping us choose tours, also with recommending restaurants, all suggestions were a hit. We loved it!
Great getaway
Very clean and friendly staff! Will stay again!
No notice of how much valet parking was until after payment was sent and was fine print! No mini fridge in rooms!
Huge disapointment
Not much to like, but location
Tiniest room ever and we booked delux king. Most noises hotel next to a motel on the Las Vegas strip. Staff horrible. Inadequate linen in room, desk clerk slow, slower and slowest. Never sure if room would be cleaned(often not)
I love that the room was very clean.
The valet service charge was high. Also the staff was not very friendly.

Great trip but watch out for parking price!
The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Room was ok, nothing extravagant but hey it was great for the price.
We stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear every street performer and roundy group on burbon street. Just a warning if they try to put you lower than the 5th floor and you are a light sleeper I’d say move up some floors. The worst was the over priced parking! It was $49 per night and it’s not clearly marked. The valet stand was always smoking in front of the hotel so the lobby had a faint cigarette smell.
Great location
Room was quiet and perfect location by Boubon Street
Having no working remote control for the TV (who doesn't love bonding time), and no free lotion (ashy legs for the win!).
There was a swingers convention going on at this hotel, which we were not made aware of, and were continuously cruised by older couples while simply trying to smoke cigarettes. We're not bored with our sex life just yet.
location
maid service. Had to call to get room cleaned by night staff after returning first day. Had to hunt down someone for toilet paper (was not stocked when we checked in).
With confirmation no room available. Had to sleep in a other hotel and this with late (11:30pm) arraival
The bed was comfortalbe
I found a marijuana pipe in my room upon arrival. The front desk staff was not helpful upon checkin and was very confused. The hotel sits on the corner of Bourbon and Canal and there isa street jazz band that plays from like 3pm-1am very loud. The Rooms was very hot, despite having our own a/C. The temp was set on 65, but was reading 74 and felt about 80.
The front desk staff and door and valet parking were delightful and helpful.
Could not access internet with own laptop. It support were very helpful but could not fix the problem. I had no other problems in three weeks of travel at other hotels.
