Pros (+) Most of the staff were friendly and responsible. Food in restaurant was decent--coffee better than Cafe du Monde! The room was not in tip-top shape ..It could use some freshening.

Pros (+) The location was awesome, we were able to walk to anywhere in the French Quarter with no problem. The security staff were very nice.
Cons (-) I did not like was how the bathroom in our room did not have a proper door. The door was a closet-stlye door with slats. Also, during our stay there was a heavy rainstorm that crippled the hotel staff...
