Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests highlighted the hotel's good location, supportive staff, cleanliness, value for money, and quality food as positives. However, several reviews mentioned issues such as room allocation to different buildings, small or cramped rooms, lack of amenities, and concerns about safety and hygiene. While some guests found the service and hospitality commendable, others experienced delays and unresponsiveness. Overall, the hotel is valued for its proximity to key areas, decent service, and affordable pricing, but improvements are needed in facilities and transparency.
