Likes: Excellent location for an airport hotel. Excellent facilities. Hours of stay can be customized to suit flight timings. Could be better: Food is predominantly North Indian type, there is a need for wider variety to suit international travelers. Breakfast buffet lacked adequate range of Western food.

Pros (+) The airport shuttle service was super convenient. There was someone at the arrivals area with my name on a board that whisked me to a car. I was at the hotel within about 10 minutes of leaving the airport. The hotel staff and rooms are all excellent. They let me check in even before the designated check in time and upgraded me to a larger room. The interior appointments and finishes are all modern...
Cons (-) Not all of the room rates include breakfast. I also tried their primary restaurant, Viva, for dinner and the final bill included service charges that weren't clearly disclosed. I'm not opposed to including service charges as tipping isn't customary everywhere, but I wish it was more clearly stated.
