Staff was courteous, but I would consider the motel a high-end Motel 6. Could have received the room 25 dollars a night cheaper by not using Kayak, Price Line, etc. This second time this has happened, so I will just start calling motels direct.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of space but that’s because it was a handicap accessible room.
Cons (-) My view was of a lot of old rusted trash and overgrown grass/weeds. The fridge didn’t work. Their systems were down when delayed things. Luckily, I had paid in advance and they had my information. When I brought my dissatisfaction regarding my room to their attention, my only option was to cancel my reservation and leave. Pros (+) Help with printing flight boarding document was about the only positive thing I can think of. Oh & The coffee in the morning was excellent.
Cons (-) The night counter agent was just this side of downright rude. I was the only customer but I was not greeted or acknowledged until he DEMANDED ID & credit card. After dropping my bag in the room I went back downstairs to have a cigarette. I had a problem unlocking my room so went back downstairs for help. He was on his cell phone as we went back to my room. He opened the door & left without 1 word....
