Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach and its attractive design. However, there were widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many reporting dirty rooms, unclean floors, and inadequate housekeeping. Service was frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and the food, especially breakfast, was criticized for being repetitive, cold, or of low quality. The pool area, while sometimes noted as a positive feature, also received negative remarks for cold or dirty water and insufficient maintenance. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the hotel's appearance were appreciated, most guests were dissatisfied with cleanliness, service, and food quality.
