Pros:Good beach location, not far from good restaurants and town of Negril. Staff was very good.
Cons:Loud most times, loud music, loud people in halls, Wish rooms had sliding windows. Had to use ear plugs to sleep at night. Bed uncomfortable
Pros:Comfort of beds, nice pool
Cons:Staff was friendly for the most part but I didn't get that family oriented feeling like I've had in other hotels in Jamaica. Doors in rooms were dirty, door to balcony would not shut properly and locked from the outside - staff had to come in and change the door knobs as they were put on the wrong way, mirror in bathroom was put on wall in an odd place - hard to look in mirror, poor lighting in room when you are trying to get ready, breakfast meal is not worth the money of $11 daily. There were not many food options and they give you very little food. Seemed like the food staff people in the morning serving the food were always in a bad mood. The ladies walking around in the restaurant were very nice and friendly. Had dinner there twice and was definitely NOT impressed! We were only given one room key which is a pain if you are sharing a room with more that one person. The beach is tiny and very hard to find any shade - too hard to shield from the sun. A taxi guy sitting in the hotel lobby tried to charge us more than double the fare to go down the road! Over all Traveller's is an OK place to stay but I won't be back.
