Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, the beach, and the port. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and service, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Cleanliness was also a standout, with many reviews highlighting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was appreciated for its variety and quality. However, several guests noted that some rooms and balconies were smaller than expected, and a few mentioned minor issues with bathroom drainage and equipment for larger groups.
