Cons: It’s my 4th stay in this hotel and probably the last, the attention from the staff if from mediocre to low. If you workout while traveling this definitively this is not the hotel for you, all machines are broken or with defects. In terms of food that the bigger issue; for breakfast it’s acceptable but for dinner it’s a challenge, limited options and no restaurant just a Starbucks.

Pros: I was there just for one night. Time spent was great. Did not go to breakfast as I slept until it was checkout time. Checked in late due to my moving about so was pretty tired once I got to the room so all I did was catch a nice warm shower and went to sleep

Cons: miss led my staff, spld us on upgrade my stating ut had a bslcony and jacuzzi.... the balcony was not private it was public, the jacuzzi did not work ...when question the staff stated it hasnt wirked for a few week...and would not compensate us

Cons: The room was horrible, window was up high so could not even see out of it. Hallways were noisy all night long and cleaning carts started very early. Uncomfortable on every level and overpriced!

Cons: Nothing much to really complain about wasn't there that long. I know most hotels want you to eat at the facility and thus microwave is not in the room but sometimes its unfortunate and you can't get to dine at the hotel or maybe a guest who likes to eat late and the restaurant is closed so would want to warm something up its not a must for the microwave but just a suggestion. Parking was my biggest issue there is no parking for guests. I can see being charged for parking if you're visiting a guest of the hotel but if you're "the" guest don't think we should be charged for parking as this should be one of the services offered as not anyone is dropped there in a limo or taxi

Cons: Expensive food. Slow service. If you want drinks some days I recommend going across the street to get drinks and order virgin drinks at the bar. Definitely need more towels in the room. For god's sake please fix the elevators here.

Cons: Facilities are old and in need of renovation. A/C in hotel went out for some time but was out in our room for 3 days. Hotel staff made it right eventually through room change and compensation but it doesn’t take away that for three days our suite was nearly unlivable

Cons: We were in a smaller room the first 2 night and it couldn't really accommodate 4 people. The hotel graciously moved us to another room gratis. The sleeping arrangements were not comfortable until we moved.

Cons: Pool was not clean , pool bar was not open some days . Way too many hidden fees that was not included online when we booked our room . My deposit was used up by more hidden fees , this was terrible, according to online prices , it turned out double the price , just terrible hidden fees and double charges , some charges did not have a valid reason. Never again we will book here !!! Just not right
