Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, beautiful pool areas, and spacious rooms, with some highlighting excellent gym facilities and a lively atmosphere. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with the service, describing it as unfriendly, inefficient, or poorly managed. Value for money was a common concern, with guests citing high prices for food, drinks, and amenities that did not match their expectations. While the hotel offers a wide range of activities and impressive infrastructure, operational issues and inconsistent service detracted from the overall experience for many visitors.

The Atlantis needs a make over. The facilities are dated and everything is so spread out it takes forever to get anywhere. The staff is friendly but on Bahamian time (no rush) so every meal is a 3 hour ordeal. The rooms & food are very expensive …. I’d rather stay in the US at a 5-star resort for the same price.

I understand it’s a nice resort so everything is going to be expensive but food was overly expensive. $15 for a large bottle of water at The Cove…that’s crazy.
