Great room, friendly staff, really great location.
Loved everything about it from the roof top bar to the coffee shop !
The friendliness of the staff. They were awesome and tried to be very accommodating.
One of the most appealing offerings of the hotel is the rooftop. It was not available during my stay and was not communicated to me until I checked it. Extremely disappointing. I would have never chosen this location if it was not available. I was not happy with the condition of the hotel. ( See pictures) Paint was peeling off the walls.
Fantastic experience & safe location. Many great food and shopping destinations nearby.
The crowds at the door on Friday & Saturday night to get up to the L.A. Jackson.
Nice property. Service in some areas was less than expected.
Room was hot and dark upon arrival. Bday surprise was not fulfilled upon arrival. Some staff not pleasant. Charged extra 1,011.00 on mr credit card.
