I can’t think of one thing that was bad in this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the location was great.
Pros (+) I like the service staff. Very nice in general. Location is great, right across from the stadium and a bridge away from the heart of downtown. We could walk to downtown
Cons (-) The hotel is outdated but good for the price. The hotel has nice potential. The rooms can be updated a bit. The fridge is ok however the freezer was not so well.

Pros (+) Overall the room and hotel were average. The room was nice and clean, however the bed was hard to sleep on and the bathroom was very small. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and service was good. It was in good proximity of Broadway. So for the price and location was worth it. If you want a good shower however that is my only grievance. It leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Had to wait a half hour to check in while two employees figured out a customer in front of me, and then had my reservation screwed up and took 10 minutes to straighten it out. Roof over the pool was moldy and leaking water

Cons (-) Staff members were not friendly or helpful, the bed the the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, the room door had to be slammed in order to close properly, breakfast was lacking healthy options. Overall it was not a good value for the money.
