The whole thing was ok - loved the pool
Close proximity to Nashville. Reasonable cost.
The bathroom needs a reno. The tub area was not clean and had some black between the tiles. There was a dead spider hanging from the ceiling. The sink is next to the door to the room which was awkward.
yes, they refused to doing daily cleaning and making up room, due to covid reasons? Only if we were staying over 3 days
The location was good. Easy access to the highway and 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Good support businesses across and down the street. The staff did respond to our complaints and a discount was given.
The place is very dated. Looked original. Old room design. Only one working elevator. The phone in the room was broken. No updated USB plugs. Electrical outlets were inconvenient. One bed lamp was broken. Breakfast was promised was not served. Housekeeping every three days. The manager said updates were planned but delayed by the pandemic.
Its 2020 and you dont have a refrigerator or microwave in room. My bathroom was dirty I woke up overed in lent where they washed a busted pillow with bed covering. So Iooked like a snow man.
