One of the front desk ladies (She is blonde) was very helpful with getting us our Hyatt number on our reservation. Overall the front desk and people who delivered towels were great. We love this hotel.
Nothing bad about this hotel.
It’s fancy and clean and great location. Walking to all the things.
The only complaint we have is that they charge $36 PER NIGHT for parking. That’s excessive.
I was glad there was a Grab N Go breakfast offered.
Same items for Grab N Go breakfast were offered each morning. A little more variety would've been nice.
The Covid breakfast offerings were ok. A better variety, such as instant oatmeal would have been nice. Individual fruit cups maybe. A little too prepackaged.
The front desk did not explain 50.00 a night incidental charges. Did not ask how to pay for room vs incidentals. Charged for parking which wasn't applicable. Spelled name wrong on room, when a question arose about charged, couldn't locate the reservation. A bit of a cluster actually.
