Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with frequent complaints about cleanliness, including mold, roaches, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Many guests also felt unsafe due to the hotel's location in a sketchy neighborhood with reports of drug activity, homeless individuals, and general lack of security. Service was often described as poor or unprofessional, though a few guests noted friendly or helpful staff. Breakfast was mentioned several times, with mixed feedback about its quality and availability. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in these reviews.
