The basics were not focused on in this location, with the only exception being the great attention to the free breakfast. In room, reported a messed up TV (blown screen that took up 1/4 of the viewing area)…promise of the “next morning’s maintenance guy” to fix it, but could’ve have easily just swapped it out for another TV. Shower…inoperative, so my weekend business stay was a washcloth wipe-down...

Pros (+) Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Cleaning staff and breakfast hosts were very kind.
Cons (-) We were given our room keys in which there was already someone staying. Walked right in on a very obviously taken room with clothes and bags everywhere. This could've easily been a bad situation if the person thought we were breaking into the room. Now instead of a king bed room that we paid good money for, we were given a 2 queen bed room which we did not ask for, reserve or have any choice over....
