the hotel was great and will recommend it. our suite was fantastic complete with everything and more. the bed was comfortable and the whole suite was spotless. friendly staff and good location

Very nice room, very big; clean; staff very helpfull. Is located in the centre of the old city, close to all you need to see.
We did not sleep until 3 A.M., as dome place is very noisy, I dont know if it was just that night (wednesday in august) or it is normal that people played football with the sound of bongos. Breakfast is not good, nothing is fresh.

Located looking directly to Piazza Dante, in the heart of Naple
The place itself didn't match with the image reflected in the web page. The jacuzzi didn`t work and we ran out of hot water (be careful with the window in the ceiling, it is only partly covered by a curtain). Safe box didn't work either. Cleaning of the room and bathroom was not satisfactory. Breakfast was basic and all plastic. Hotel people very pushy for checking out: they tided the room and piled our baggage two hours before the exit time limit while we went for a very early walk before breakfast was served.
