Each room is spacious, has an Oceania concept bathroom, excellent quality bedding, lovely views of the Place Graslin and its theatre. Our suite with its private terrace overlooking the roofs of Nantes is unmissable. The spaces have been re-designed and breakfast is now served in an airy, light room. A gym and cosy 'arty' bar have been added for your relaxation, and you can't overlook the incredible hall.

Cons: Getting to the hotel parking is a bit of a bind, Involving pedestrianised areas and automatic bollards. Read the hotel email for advice and codes. And then access via bollards in side road not main square as the intercom there is not working.

Cons: We booked two rooms, one double and one single use. Durng the stay we found that the room for single use was much more spaceous than the one for double use which was really very tight. For example no way to be in the bathroom with 2 for example and little room aside of the bed. It was disappointing that bathroom products were not replaced / filled: tissues were not refilled when empty and one small bittle of bodylotion for 2 for 3 nights is also somewhat limited... was not replaced.

Pros: Our car broke down on the way to Portugal and we had to stay at the hotel for a night. The staff was really supportive (especially David, who translated a lot for us) and the place was really nice and clean. Breakfast was also perfect, we recommend the orange juice!

Cons: Location not ideal if you want to visit the city. We had a mishap with breakfast time - on the website it said it was untill 10.30, we arrived at just after 10 and it was over. The lady still allowed us to have food but was a bit rushed. Also felt it was a little overpriced.

Cons: We had booked a standard room for 2 nights but were told on arrival only standard rooms with bath were left (not even a hand held shower in the bath). The hotel was completed approx 6 years ago, it it beyond me not to have a shower in each bathroom in a hotel of that standard. Apparently they do not guarantee a standard bedroom with shower at the time of booking.

Cons: The hotel requests a deposit of 35 € per person per night for a prepaid room in bed and breakfast and an empty minibar (350 euros for 5 nights stay). When asking to get the printed policy to the hotel manager, he answered that it is an internal document and he can't share it. Such deposit is not stated on the website, neither in the welcoming e-mail sent a few days before the stay. Without any transparency (written policies) and any related service (no mini bar, difficult to steal pieces of furniture from the room), such behaviour is not acceptable and beyond any commercial practice. I will never go back to that hotel.

Cons: Very uncomfortable room bathroom adapted to PMR (person with reduced mobility), a nightmare! The bathroom in the room is very poorly designed. If you take a shower, a puddle stays in front of the water that never dries, which does not allow you to sit on top of the water (not specifically adapted for its height). All this makes it attract many mosquitoes. The hotel staff, very friendly, helped me at all times. The breakfast is excellent.

Pros: Was just what we needed, no frills accommodation at a good price, A big bonus was having secure parking at no extra cost as we had bikes on the back of the car.
Cons: we only ate in the restaurant one night and were generally disappointed, mainly with the hot buffet which was dry and had obviously been out a long time. The starter buffet was very good and the deserts were good too.

Cons: My top floor room was right next to the stairs and had a very squeaky door. Minus point but annoying through the first night. Oil it please. The breakfast is rather expensive at 17 euros. Few places to eat nearby, especially at weekends. You need to get the tram.

Cons: The problem was to enter ti hotel. We arrived after midnight and to enter to hotel the payment should made through machine before entrance to hotel by credit card (to receive pin code). The problem, that machine didn't work properly and our payment rejected several times. We called to the centre of B&B hotels (through intercom), after several minutes we have been answered and requested to wait. After additional 20 minutes the employee of the hotel opened us the door. He also did not success to charge our credit card and required from us payment. He was not ready to wait with the payment until the morning. I got out and gone to bankomat (the machine for cash money by credit card) and pulled the money with the same credit card without any problem. We entered to the room about 1:30 a.m.

Pros: Clean and in a good location not far from the castle. We chose this hotel because of the ultra secured underground garage. There is a small kitchen, which was great to cook a yummy dinner.
Cons: We couldn't open the window as the bed was in front and the room is very small. Pillows were a little too soft: it would be nice to have extra ones in the room.

Pros: The staff at reception were friendly and as helpful as they could be.
Cons: Unfortunately we had to leave after one night for family reasons and there was no refund available. We were not impressed with the ‘apartment’ - it was really a hotel room, very tiny, with a microwave, fridge and kettle. I don’t think it should be advertised as an apartment at all.

Cons: I wouldn't recommend this hotel! The first room we had in appart city nantes had a broken shower door, so all the water was coming out and it was not properly cleaned up. We got a new room, but it was NOT eighter clean at all. The carpet next to the bed was very dirty, room service was not done during our stay, the shower was not cleaned properly, and the drainpipe of he lavabo and the shower were totally blocked, so the water didn't flew for a long time... The shaving hair of the previous guest (I guess) was always floating and coming up. It was really discusting. We complained many times and nothing was done...they just offered me to change room AGAIN --> this means pack all my things again and look if the new room is acceptable for the almost 90€ we paid. We changed once, but I mean it is not possible that all the rooms are totally broken and with lack of cleaning. changing room 3 times in a period of 2 days?? It's not possible. It was really a very bad service and never worth it for the money you pay per night. I'm still very angry and disappointed.

Cons: Room was fairly old and worn, not recently renovated (unlike other similar ones in the region). Only after making a reservation got information that there is no space at hotel parking and had to use a city parking (fortunately very close) advised by the staff.
